Registering as a Hays V.I.P. Volunteer

Want to volunteer at a Hays CISD school? It’s easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Register Online: Sign up as a volunteer here and complete a quick background check. It’s super fast—approval usually comes through in minutes!
2. Get Your Badge: Once approved, send a headshot photo to Kaci Goodman at [email protected]. Kaci will print your reusable Volunteer badge.
3. Volunteer Time: With your badge in hand, you’re ready to help at any Hays CISD school. Just remember to bring your driver’s license when you check in at the front office and either use your badge or get a daily volunteer pass.
